Return Window

  • Customers can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order.

  • Items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached.

  • A 1% handling fee applies to all returns.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Find your order number from your confirmation email or receipt.

  3. ORTUER will provide instructions and the return address.

  4. Return each order separately; combining multiple orders may delay your refund.

Refund Timeline

  • Once ORTUER receives your return, refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.

Eligible Items

  • Returns and refunds are accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • Items must meet the original product standards.

  • ORTUER does not accept returns for custom orders.

  • Ensure the package is shipped to the return address provided via email; do not send items to the original shipping address.

  • Include the order number and contact information with your return.

  • Returns shipped without prior authorization may not be accepted.
